Experienced Warehouse Associate Positions Overview

Experienced Warehouse Associates include Order Assemblers, Product Assembly Technicians, and Team Leads. These roles are responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and production assembly. All Warehouse Associates report to the area supervisor and/or the warehouse manager. First shift only.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Fork Lift - Safely operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Build Inventory – Help manage stock with accuracy and care.
• Light Assembly – Put together parts and products to keep things moving.
• Punch Press Operator – Operate machinery to produce high-quality components.
• Kit & Pack – Fill bags and boxes, and assemble kits to spec.
• Order Prep – Pick and pack products for customer orders.
• Shipping & Receiving – Ensure smooth incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Use Technology – Apply basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
• Safety - Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. 

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Forklift certification is a plus (we can help with training!)
• Comfortable using computers and basic shipping software
• Able to lift and move heavy items up to 80 lbs. as needed
